Obituary of Joe-Paul Robb JR.

ROBB, JOE-PAUL JR., - passed away, December 15th, at the age of 70, at Royal Suites Nursing Home, in Galloway, New Jersey. Joe-Paul is survived by his sister, Sylvia-Sue Grove, brother-in law, Jay P. Grove, Jr. of Harrington, Delaware, nephew Dan Hall and his wife, April, of Elkton, Md., and niece Tammy Robb of Grafton, WV. He is preceded in death by his Mother Edna Casto Robb, Father Joe-Paul Robb, Sr., Brother William Robb, all of Grafton, W.Va. Joe-Paul was a graduate of Grafton High School, Grafton, W.Va, Class of 1964. He joined the U.S. Marine Corp and served in Vietnam, as a S. Sgt (Radio & Telegraph Operator). Following his service, he then attended & graduated from University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Next was Eastern Theological Seminary where he graduated in 1979, with his Master's Degree. Following his graduation from Seminary, a service of Ordination, into the service of our Lord, was held at Calvary Baptist Church in Newark, Delaware, on June 3, 1979. Joe-Paul then joined the staff at the First Baptist Church in Aston, Pa, as youth minister. From there the Lord took him to Winchester, Illinois, as pastor to the Church family there. On his return back to the Eastern shore he then ministered at Victoria Baptist Church in Springfield, PA. He retired from the ministry in 2002, and began a career in the secular world. He worked for Senior Transportation in Absecon, NJ for approximately 15 years, making lots of new friends and memories. A celebration of life will be held on December 28th, at 12:00 at Reformation Lutheran Church, 633 S. New York Rd, Galloway, New Jersey.
