Obituary of Alice DiNicola

Alice Ann Ursi DiNicola, age 69, of Toms River, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Alice, born in Jersey City, adopted at age 8 which she grew up in Montclair into a loving Italian family who never treated her like she was the adopted one. Alice is now with her mother and father, Fannie Bevilaqua Ursi and Frank "Chick" Ursi and many aunts, uncles, cousins that passed on and many surviving cousins and family members. She was an Equity Administrator for 45 years in the Financial Business before retiring in July of 2016. Following retirement, she enjoyed walking by the water and spending her time making memories with family and friends. Willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, Alice will always be remembered for her big heart, positivity, and her smile. She leaves behind her loving children, Christopher and Erica DiNicola, lifelong partner Martin DiNicola, and cherished granddaughters Ava, Adriana, and Alexa. Also, surviving are her sister-in-law and husband, Theresa and Thomas Carr, several loving nieces and nephews, as well as cousins and close friends. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation at Ocean County Cremation Service, located at 1252 New Jersey 37W, Toms River, NJ 08755, on December 15th at 11am. Services will also be streamed for those who cannot attend in person. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to her immediate family.
