Debbie, I still can’t believe you’re gone. my heart aches .You’ll be missed by so many, you’ve touched so many lives and helped so many children as well as adults. You were always caring, loving and giving always ready to help. I will miss your beautiful smile, and great laugh . I’ll miss Our talks about family, and things in our lives . I will miss you around the holidays when we were together Sharing our memories about The old times at grandmas. and when I bake at Christmas I’ll be making the knots in your honor, hoping you’re with me in Spirit , you were teaching me about the Bible and all your studies on the Bible.. now I’ll continue on my own. I love you. I miss you , until we meet again, I’ll pray for you always. May you be in peace my beautiful cousin. love you always.

Deb- Ms. Addesso as my son, Nick, called her as his School Principal. We met her when my son was in 3rd grade as she was his Principal! She helped counsel him after we lost, (his young Uncle) suddenly and I’ll never forget how great she was with Nick, (how much she helped him get thru the shock & loss) She then became so fond of Nick & followed his career in Theater up until this past year (from 3rd grade to Age 20!) - NEVER missing one of his shows/musicals! She loved seeing him sing (Sinatra) songs and she loved being a Broadway fan to my cousin Dominic as well…we always chatted and we looked forward to seeing her all these years at the theater, keeping in touch, & we especially loved her smile, and her! She was beautiful inside and out. (Nick and I will surely miss her and I will miss my son’s biggest fan!) May Deb soar with the Angels! RIP beautiful Deb, (Ms. Addesso)! We love you & will always remember you!
Annette (and your student, Nick Somodi)

We loved Debbie. She was a beautiful addition to our extended family. Whether it was dogs, knots, or musical theater, she was down for all kinds of fun. You will be missed so much and remembered dearly by the lives you touched

My parents and I were shocked to learn of Debbie's passing. When she was my teacher, she not only taught me academic subjects, she taught me many life lessons. She was truly devoted to her profession and cared so much about her students. After I graduated 6th grade at Stafford Intermediate School, she kept in touch with me and my parents and even visited us on more than one occasion and was a good friend. We lost touch years later, but before I graduated from Stockton College (now Stockton University) in 2000, my mom called Debbie to let her know I was going to graduate. Debbie was at the graduation ceremony and wouldn't have missed it for the world because I was the only student in her class to graduate from college! I was so happy to see her there. After the ceremony, she went to the Cranberry Bog for a luncheon with us.
She made a real impact on my life and I'll never forget her.

Debbie was always open for suggestions as I was the school greeter. She was a great principal and treated her staff with respect. We always were excited when she brought her cookies in. When my grandson was in the Marines, she sent him cookies that he just loved. Debbie will forever be in our hearts and mind as a beautiful woman. ❤️

I will always cherish the time around the dinner table with you chatting about life, all the funny memes and gifs you would send me that brought a smile to my face, and your delicious cookies. I’ll miss you and love you always.

There are Special Ed. Teachers and Very Special Teachers. Debbie was both. It was a privilege to work beside her as a teacher and administrator. She made all her decision based on what was best for her students. She had a positive impact throughout her career. She will be missed but always remembered.
