Obituary of Michael J Krol

Michael J. Krol, age 74, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on March 5, 2023. He was born in Plainsfield, NJ, the son of Peter and Elieen (Whitlieb) Krol. He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Krol; son Kevin Krol and daughter-in-law Melodi; son David Krol and partner Chuck LaBella; son Paul Marchese and daughter-in-law Rachelle; son Brian Marchese and daughter-in-law Danielle; Grandchildren, Ariana Krol, Giliana Adams, Alexandria Griffin, Kreg Krol, Vivianne Marchese and Theordore Marchese. He is predeceased by his former wife, Debra Doll. Michael was a devoted teacher at Veterans Memorial Middle School in Brick, NJ for 40 years dating back to when the school initially opened. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He was an avid fisherman, boater, bird watcher, gardener and thoroughly enjoyed cooking with his family. He was a parishioner at Good Shepard ARCC where he was an active volunteer with his wife and good friend, Bob Ward. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 11, 2023 at Good Shepard American Reformed Church located 1890 Whitesville Road Toms River, NJ 08755. Repass to follow.
