Obituary of Michael Wilchuck

Michael Wilchuck, 90, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on January 14, 2021 at Tallwoods Care Center, Bayville, NJ. Michael was born in Bound Brook, NJ to Michael and Ethel Wilchuck on December 5, 1930. He was employed at Ruberoid Co. in Bound Brook, NJ for many years and was a dedicated employee. Michael loved to cook in his spare time and spend time with his little dog. Michael is survived by his son, Michael Wilchuck of Easton PA; daughter Jennifer Kozic of Bethlehem Township, PA. Brother John Wilchuck of Nova Scotia as well as numerous grandchildren, stepchildren, nieces and nephews. He will truly be missed, forever loved, but not forgotten. He is preceded in death by his wife, Clare Wilchuck (2009) of Toms River; mother, Ethel Wilchuck (1938) of Bound Brook, NJ; father, Michael Wilchuck (1970) of Middlesex, NJ; daughter Sally Wilchuck (2020) of Phillipsburg, PA; sister Charlotte Southard (2011) of Edison, NJ and sister, Margaret Hansen (2020) of Sanford, NC. Michael’s family wishes to send their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, NJ. Michael spent his last 8 years as a resident there, but he considered it his home. They loved him like family, and he felt the same way about all of them. Thank you all for the compassionate care he received. There will be no memorial service at this time. Matthew 5:4.
