Obituary of Jonathan T Raup

Jonathan T. Raup- (1962-2020) passed too soon from this life on Nov. 23rd 2020 , his 58th birthday, from early on set dementia and other underlying conditions. Jonathan is pre-deceased by his parents, Eugene (2019) and Edna Mae (2013) Raup. Jonathan grew up in Willingboro NJ, attending Willingboro schools, JFK High school there and then Moorestown Friends School in Moorestown NJ., finally getting his GED. Throughout his life Jonathan worked as a chef in many restaurants. In 1995 he moved to California to start anew. Got married to the mother of his two very cherished daughters Simone and Sydnie of Sonoma, CA. While the marriage didn’t last his love for his daughters never waned. He looked forward to that day he could be with them again. As will happen, life became very difficult for Jonathan. He came to live with his sister, Nancy and her husband ( Bill )Sullivan of NJ in late 2017. Jonathan leaves behind his beloved daughters, Simone and Sydnie, CA., his sister Nancy, brother-in-law( Bill) , nephews Alexander,(Louise} Sullivan of Australia and Ian Sullivan(Sarah) of NC. His brother Neil Raup and sister in-law,( Linda) of NJ, Adam(Brittany) Raup and their children of PA., Victoria (Dean) Vinte of PA, Russell, James, and Holly Raup all of NJ. Along with many family and friends near and far. Jonathan was a gifted artist, poet and a gentle, kind person and a great brother. Rest in peace little brother.
