Obituary of Helene Barraeu

Helene Barreau, 90, passed away on April 23, 2020 after a brief battle with COVID-19. Helene was born in New York, happily spending her life in "the city' until she moved to Ocean County a few years ago. Helene was retired from NBC at Rockefeller Plaza where she had worked for many years. She was predeceased by her sister Muriel, and her sister and brother in law Loretta and Nicholas Raimondi. She leaves behind her niece Sandee McBride, niece Rosemarie Wendruff-Hac and husband Zenon Hac, her nephew Thomas Raimondi, his partner Cathy Karvelas and several great and great-great nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind several close friends. Cremation will be private and a memorial celebration of Helene's life will be held at a later date.
