Robert Rea Rettino, 97, of Manchester, NJ, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2018. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Carol and Richard Pobuta of Manchester, NJ, and daughter-in-law Lorraine Castellano of Manchester, NJ, grandson, Richard Pobuta and grandson and his wife, Robert and Jennifer Rettino III.  He is predeceased by his wife, Marion Rettino, his son, Robert Rea Rettino Jr., and his grandson, Christian Miller. His one surviving brother is Vincent Rettino, 101, of Red Bank. He leaves two great-grandchildren, Christian Pettersen and Giana Rettino.

Marion and Robert Rettino were married on February 16, 1947, and resided and raised their family in Union, NJ. After retirement he and his wife moved to Bayonet Point, Florida and resided there for 25 years.  Just last October they moved back to New Jersey to live with their daughter and son-in-law in Manchester, NJ.

A memorial service will take place at Ocean County Cremation, 1252 Rte.37 West, Toms River, NJ at 11:00 on October 6, 2018.
