Dear Chris, It was a shock! Felt like a needle in my heart! We haven't hung out in years, but you were a huge part if my life growing up. Sleep overs, getting in trouble. I remember hanging out in the tree house in the hospital woods and when they tore that down we built our own in the woods aside the bike trails. I have a scar on my arm when we built it and whenever I look at it I remember you. I became a NY Giants fan after going with you to your dads house Super Bowl weekend(1986). You were the first person I ever shot a gun with when with your dad. So many more memories. I'm sorry our lives went in the wrong direction, but I'm getting better! I found my purpose! Your death reenforces that purpose. You are an another notch on my heart, for I've lost to many brother/sisters to this disease/life. Your life had meaning to me! My GOD has forgiven you and your message will live through me! I will continue to put 1 foot in front of the other. I will help others sick from our disease and when my name is called, I will see you again! My heart us really heavy right now... RIP my brother! Love ya! P.S. its still burning
